Shipping Policy
Printed publications will be dispatched within 3 days of order. Orders received after 5 PM CET will be processed on the next business day.
We typically ship using La Poste in Europe, Royal Mail in the UK, and USPS in the US.
Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. and Europe typically arrive within 7 business days. For international orders please allow 14 business days.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays
We regret we cannot ship print editions to South Africa. Please purchase the digital download edition.
Customers are responsible for any import duty or other taxes levied on their order.
Returns Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your original order date.
Publications must be returned in unmarked as-new condition. The customer is responsible for P&P costs of returning the product.
