Sacred classical repertoire for flute
The collection includes many well-known sacred classical works arranged for flute and piano or organ. Mozart’s Laudate Dominum, from the Vesperae solennes de confessore, offers a lyrical choice for church services, weddings and other reflective occasions, while the brilliant Alleluia from Exsultate, jubilate provides a more celebratory alternative.
Bach is represented by Et exultavit and Domine Deus, alongside Handel’s joyful Rejoice Greatly from Messiah. Together they provide contrasting sacred repertoire for flute, ranging from reflective music to music for celebrations and festive services.
